It's almost two years since we lost our Anna. Beyond politics and personal stands, as a grieving family, the All India Professional Congress (AIPC) team has been a huge support from the beginning.

So many people came, consoled us, and went, but the AIPC team proactively worked to raise the matter of office wellbeing to the general public. They conducted the campaign 'For Anna, For All' and collected first-hand experiences from professionals from diverse fields. They covered all 14 districts in Kerala.

We had personally attended some of their campaigns and have seen and heard first-hand what professionals are facing. After each session, Mr Ranjith Balan and team made sure we were updated. Finally, they released the AIPC Office Wellness document in our presence.

To see a major milestone post this, Kerala announcing India's first Office Wellness Policy, is something we are truly happy to see succeed. We are hoping to see positive changes in office wellness across the country.

Thank you @ranjith_balan_ and team , @aipc_kerala, @profcongress, thank you @inckerala, and @praveen.chakravarty. Thank you @vdsatheesan.official, and for keeping your promise, @rahulgandhi.

We look forward to a day when all professionals have a safe workplace that sees them as human beings.

Funded by Anna’s parents using their savings, this is a space dedicated to her memory. It does not operate as an organization, nor does it seek or accept any financial contributions. It is simply a family's way of sharing a story that matters, in the hope of preventing similar tragedies.
